Growing up in central California, working part time on a farm and in a family owned hardware store, I developed an appreciation not only for building, but the land as well. I knew at an early age home ownership was important. After a successful career in the building products industry I had the opportunity to join Ginny Barker, my wife, in her successful real estate company. She shares my vision of helping others achieve what we have through real estate, with professional and knowledgeable guidance through the buying or selling of real property. Weather moving to or from another state or purchasing income property, we have the experience to help. Our moves from California to Colorado to North Carolina not only give us a deeper understanding of the dynamics of such a move, but also the empathy to understand the emotional strain moving can have on a family. We also understand how to build wealth with income properties as we have begun building our rental portfolio of positive cash flowing properties.
